2. Eat Breakfast

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. If you skip breakfast your not giving your body anything to work with in the mornings. Junk food is loaded with calories and fat and will make it harder for you to eat in a calorie deficit for the day. If your not eating in a calorie deficit you should not be expecting to burn any fat.
